The payment link at Primefy is designed for your consumer as a checkout. This means that multiple users can access the same link, viewing a checkout page, to complete a transaction.
The sale is created when the user accesses the payment link and provides their details. This action establishes the payment intent, and it is at this moment that the sale is recorded in the system.
Payment Link Details:
If the sale has not been created yet, you can access the details of the payment link through the path: "Request Payment" > "View All Payment Links."
To access the link details and view the sales associated with this link, simply click "View."
