Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Start by accessing your Primefy account and logging in to your Dashboard.
Step 2: Access Registration Settings
In the left panel of the Dashboard, click on the "Settings" option to access your account's registration settings.
Step 3: Select the User to Be Edited
Within the settings section, you will see a list of registration information. To modify the data of a specific user, locate them in the "Team" section and click "Edit" next to the corresponding user's name.
Step 4: Make the Necessary Changes
In the editing section, you will have access to the registered information for the selected user. Here, you can make the necessary changes, such as updating the name, email address, password, access type, and billing information, according to your needs.
Step 5: Save the Changes
After making the desired changes, be sure to click the "Save" button to confirm and apply the modifications to your account.
